Our Concordian Students were invited by the educational television show “TruePlookPanya.Com” to be their guests on the show at the Yaowarat Chinatown Heritage Center on Saturday 21st May 2011. This show airs Saturdays from 10.30-11.00 p.m. on True Visions channel True Explore 1. The students who participated were Siriyakorn Hirunviriya (Sunny), Grade 7, Vichada Suvinijjit (Dear), Grade 9, and a former Concordian student, Tanin Atsawathaweebun (Tee-Tong), Grade 8. The episode focused on useful and practical Mandarin Chinese relating to Bangkok’s Chinese Community in Yaowarat (Chinatown). Concordian students shared their knowledge of the language with the television show MCs.
