Concordian International School is taking an alternative direction to education through combining three usually-separated disciplines of Science, Art, and Technology together under the belief that the result of the combination is larger than the sum of its parts. The subject of science teaches students to think logically, analyze data, and focuses on facts; whilst the subject of art encourages students to be creative as well as focuses on the inner value of each individual. Through combining the two areas together with Technology to enhance the results, Concordian International School believes that this would lead to great innovations and equip its young charges to become innovative leaders in the future.
The focus on the combination of Science, Art, and Technology at Concordian is a great addition to its strong International Baccalaureate (IB) curriculum and tri-lingual (English, Chinese, and Thai) program. With this focus, Concordian International School has recently launched its state-of-the-art Science, Art, and Technology Center (SAT Center) with Mr. Dhanin Chearavanont, Chairman & CEO of Charoen Pokphand Group, to cut the ribbon, marking its opening.
Concordian International School allows students to follow their individual interests and pursue their potential to the fullest. Therefore, the SAT Center has been designed to provide a wide range of facilities for its students including vibrant art studios, specialized libraries, purpose-built science laboratories, high-tech computer centers, a radio-recording studio, a multi-purpose conference hall, a world class gymnasium, a fully-equipped cooking studio, high standard lecture halls and a magnificent theater.
