I was introduced to the IB curriculum with the IB learner profile when I applied to Concordian in Grade 7. The attribute that stood out to me was “reflective”. The concept cropped up so many times during my years at Concordian. I remember I was very confused why I had to write paragraphs of reflection in my Math class, which I thought was supposed to be just formulas and numbers.
