| In Nursery, our students follow a specially designed inquiry-based program. Children may join Nursery at two and a half years of age provided they are physically and emotionally able to benefit from the programs we offer. They will be assessed on their readiness before entry, and must be toilet-trained and able to feed themselves before they may join our program. Our program is based on purposeful activities through guided inquiry, building upon what a child already knows and can do.
In K1 they become fully integrated into our IBPYP (International Baccalaureate Primary Years Program) which culminates in Grade 5. CIS is a fully authorized IBO World School. |
